Submit a Design

We are gathering ideas for a childhood cancer specialty license plate for California. The final design process and official requirements will be confirmed as the initiative moves forward.

Official dimensions and artwork specifications will be added once confirmed.

Possible ideas include California landmarks or imagery, a subtle gold childhood cancer ribbon, and a clean design that keeps the plate easy to read.

If included, the gold childhood cancer ribbon should be recognizable but not overpower the license plate design.

Submission instructions may request either an original plate concept, a design shown on a license plate template, or both. Final requirements will be posted here once confirmed.
